New Zealand seems to follow the rules more rigorously than Germany. An international driving license is an absolute must have! Even a rental car agency won't give out a car if you don't provide it. Good we got one last minute (thanks Mo).
"Kiwis" describe themselves as sifting (exact, thorough, accurate etc)
